Theodore Lawler, Jr, MD
Dr. Theodore Lawler, Jr. completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County before attending medical school at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and his residency in Family Medicine at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. Dr. Lawler recently joined Village Family Practice with 9 years of experience as a Primary Care Physician.
Dr. Lawler has a clinical interest in prevention of cardiovascular disease. He believes that the patient and physician should work collaboratively to improve overall health outcomes. Dr. Lawler is also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Medical Association and was awarded the Bronze Star for meritorious service during combat in Operation Iraqi Freedom, in Baghdad, Iraq.
Raised in Maryland, Dr. Lawler now resides in Houston, TX with his wife Dr. Jaime Middleton (OB/GYN) and two small daughters. When not in the office he enjoys family time and visiting local parks and museums with his children. Although not originally from Texas, Dr. Lawler has quickly become a Houston Texans fans and enjoys attending games with his family.
