Dwane G. Broussard, MD
Dwane G. Broussard, MD is originally from Louisiana. He attended Louisiana State University where he received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree. He received his Medical Degree from Southern Illinois University and completed his Family Practice Residency at Baylor College of Medicine. He served one year as Chief Resident at Baylor. He is Board Certified in Family Practice, and currently serves as a Clinical Associate Professor at Baylor College of Medicine.
His special interests include hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia and wellness care.
Dr. Broussard is the past President of the Harris County Medical Society, Western Branch. He was elected to a three year term on the Harris County Medical Society Board of Socioeconomics, and is currently chairman serving as chairman of this board.
He is married to Dr. Judith Munoz and they have two sons: Andrew and Matthew. Their hobbies include sports and travel.
