E-mail: E-mail responses may take up to 24 hours to get a response. E-mail is not intended for urgent matters. Some of our physicians will utilize e-mail to facilitate the reporting of results to patients. This is at his or her discretion and the patient’s consent. Please do not e-mail your physician with a refill, referral request or medical concern.
(We do NOT respond to any acute illnesses or refill requests on our e-mail system. If this is a medical emergency, call 911. We recommend if you need treatment for any acute illness or need refills for medications that you make an appointment to see your physician.)

Prescription Refills: The physicians will give you enough refills to last until you need to come back to the office. If you need a refill, please call our office to schedule an appointment. If you believe there is an error with your prescription or with your refill, please DO NOT use the e-mail service to request a refill, as this will delay receiving the care you need.
